24-hour deal is in motion
Rebellion is letting Steam users download its World War II shooter Sniper Elite V2 for free and yes, you get to keep it “forever.” The 24-hour promotion is good until tomorrow at 10:00am Pacific.
Sniper Elite V2 is that game in which you can shoot people and watch an x-ray replay of bones shattering, hearts popping, and eyes exploding. In fact, I just learned via YouTube tutorial how to land a nut shot on Hitler — because that’s a thing you’re allowed to do.
This is a game I’d likely never buy, but download for free? Sure.
