Fable Fortune, the collectible card game set in the Fable universe was expected to drop into early accessthis Tuesday, July 11, on PC and Xbox One. Well, Fable fans will have to wait just a bit longer as that date has been pushed to July 25.
Luke Borrett, the producer at Mediatonic, the studio co-developing the title, announced on theFable Fortune blogthat the delay is due to an administration error.
Due to an unexpected administration hiccup we are unfortunately unable to launch the Xbox One version of Fable Fortune next week and we’ve made the decision to move the launch date back to July 25th on all platforms,” the statement reads. “This is to make sure Fable Fortune releases on PC and Xbox simultaneously, so we can make the most of cross-play between the platforms.
If you’re in the game’s closed beta you don’t have much to worry about. The rest of us will have to wait a bit longer to get our hands on those rare Hobbecards.
