Or; Another thing Square Enix is wasting time on instead of making Final Fantasy XII HD

According to Siliconera, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD will have a newly put together, 30-minute long “drama” that will run with the credits. This comes from Shounen Jump; no word if it refers to the opening credits, end credits, or if you’ll need to play both games to see it.

What we do know is that the sequence is being penned by Kazushige Nojima, the scenario writer for Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. It will also feature newly recorded voice acting. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Square is really going all out with this Final Fantasy X HD remake. Final Fantasy X-2 was thrown into the mix, we’re getting the International versions of both games, now we’re getting an entirely new, voiced scene by the original writer. Too bad Square didn’t pay that kind of mind to, say, the troubled Final Fantasy VII PC release. Or a number of other things. All the Bravest, maybe?

Well, you know what this means. It won’t be insane when I ask of the (hopefully) eventual Final Fantasy XII HD that Vaan and Penelo are scrubbed from the game and Yasumi Matsuno is brought back to bring the already excellent game back to its full potential. No? Too much? Fine. At least we should be getting the International version in that instance, too.
