Here's a ton of no item pro Super Smash Bros. Ultimate footage

Enjoy

I want to see a full vote on the “items versus no items” argument. I had this sort of discussion in my head as soon as I started writing this article and dammit I’m going to do just that.

And we’re back to the news!

Super Smash Bros. Ultimateis just a few months away, and Smashboss Sakurai says that although the surprises aren’t going to be as massive as they once were, there are some things left to reveal. In other words we’ve basically seen it all outside of maybe a new character or two (or a big echo fighter reveal dump), so sit back and enjoy the gameplay.

Most Valuable Gaming managed to hit up a Smash Ultimatepre-release tournament in Detroit, and captured a ton of (good quality) off screen video from the event. In short you can head on over to their YouTube channel to watch over an hour of it, or enjoy a few select clips embedded below.

Now, onto the vote! There’s no wishy-washy “sometimes” option to muddle the results: just vote on which mode you play most of the time. I typically play whatever my groups want, and in most cases, that’s no items.

Do you primarily play Super Smash Bros. with items?
