Hell of a way to start off 2019
Capcom’s long-awaited Resident Evil 2 remake is real and my goodness does everything we’ve seen so far live up to expectations. Coming off of Resident Evil 7, I couldn’t be more stoked about where this series is at right now and where the studio might take it from here. It’s a great time to be a fan.
As a supplement to the ten-minute narrated video we posted the other day, here’s a fresh five-minute gameplay showcase direct from Capcom. If RE2‘s relatively tame opener has me this on edge, I shudder to think about how I’ll fare during some of the later sections with this graphical fidelity.
Straight up, I’m not ready for Mr. X. I am, however, extremely ready for Tofu.
