I actually wasn’t even aware that Shaggy was a meme, as I’ve been watching the various Scooby-Dooshows since childhood. One of the more recent series, Mystery Incorporated, even had a lengthy Twin Peakstribute. Yeah, I wouldn’t mind seeing Shaggy in things.
