Sell all the Master Chief bundles!
Update 8/15/15: Good news for those that want a 500GB model because its on sale for only $300 with free ship. Tax in NY only.
No need to wait for the holiday season for a deal on a 1TB Xbox One. The console got its first $50 price drop to $349.99— two months after its June 2015 debut.
The discount comes via Antonline’s eBay outlet. It’s selling a total of 1,000 Xbox One 1TB Halo: The Master Chief Collection bundles for $349.99, the same price as your standard run-of-the-mill 500GB Xbox One. It’s the first price drop on the 1TB console and probably the same discount we’ll see come Black Friday 2015.
As of writing there are only about 190 units sold, so still plenty to go till they hit the 1K mark.

There must be more 1TB bundles than there is demand for them, as there’s also a decent bundle offer going on at the Microsoft Store. Earlier this week, Microsoft began selling the same 1TB Xbox One Master Chief bundle with two additional bonuses: a free copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity and a 12 month Xbox Live Gold Subscription card.
Although the MS Store is charging the full $399 list price, the bonuses add up to about $50 to ~$80 in value, making it arguably the better deal (but if you think AC Unity is meh like most, then maybe not so good of a deal).
