In Pixels, aliens have invaded Earth with classic arcade characters like Donkey Kong and Pac-Man and it’s up to Adam Sandler and friends to save the world. What could possibly go wrong?
The basic concept originated years ago with a short film by Patrick Jean. I liked the idea then and continue to like it now, but as a Happy Madison Productions project there are so many ways this can go astray. For now, this is just one trailer, and the movie isn’t even out until July 24, 2015.
Predictable as that closing bit was, it still managed a laugh.
