Hero, Champion, and Royal Editions Compared

If all you want to do is play the game, don’t get too bogged down by the details of the various editions. Essentially the higher-end versions are mainly for fans interested in digital extras, like the MP3 soundtrack and the lore of a digital novel. The Hero Edition is just the base game. For the other two, here’s what you’ll be getting:

Champion Edition:

  • Digital Soundtrack
  • Campaign Almanac
  • Making of Documentary
  • High Resolution Game Map
  • Wallpapers
  • A Ringtone

Royal Edition:

  • Everything in the Champion Edition
  • Digital Novella by Chris Avellone
  • Collector’s Book PDF
  • Hi Res Concept Art
  • Digital Strategy Guide
  • More Ringtones
