Steel Reign is out, now it’s time for the next thing

Fallout 76 just got a pretty sizable update, and the team is gearing up for what’s to come. Bethesda just gave us a new blog post on what to expect next, particularly when it comes to the Fallout 76 public test server.

Here’s the breakdown from Bethesda:

“We haven’t yet discussed what’s in store with the September update, but it will include a significant new feature that will give players even more variety in how they choose to experience Fallout 76. We’re shooting to re-open the Public Test Server this month so that the community can dive into this new feature and begin sharing their feedback with us as soon as possible.”

Okay so it’s The Pitt, right?

Revealed at E3, Bethesda plans on bringing back the age-old classic DLC zone to Fallout 76, in the same vein as prior updates. If it’s not The Pitt, then the Fallout 76 public test server will host all sorts of bug fixes/quality of life enhancements for the game, then we’ll get to The Pitt.

As far as other Fallout 76 happenings go, you’ll get double SCORE this weekend through July 20 at 12PM ET, and the treasure hunter weekend event kicks off from now through July 19 at 12PM ET.
