Welcome to another exciting edition of Dtoid’s Friday Night Fights!
Have you played Rise of the Triad yet? You should. It’s awesome. It’s everything an HD remake should be and then some, and I haven’t had this much mindless fun since the ’90s. Don’t believe me? Why not see for yourself! We’re giving away some Steam codes right here, right now!
That’s right, our buddies at Interceptor Entertainment have given us eight codes for their remake of the Apogee classic to hand out to the Dtoid community, and all you have to do to win is leave a comment below telling me how excited you are to play it! Limit one entry per person, and the drawing will take place just before 11 PM Pacific tonight. (Hey, that’s just in time to join in my FNF match!)

New to FNF? Read this! Each week, a bunch of us Dtoiders get together to play videogames online! It’s a 100% community-run event, so feel free to join in or even host something yourself!
The planning for FNF starts in the forums, where community members sign up to host matches and post their pertinent details (game, time, Gamertag, etc.). Then, every Friday, reminder posts go up in the community blogs thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, and I recap it all here on the front page to give it a bit more exposure.
To join in, simply send a friend request to the match host! If you’d rather host something yourself, sound off in the comments section below!
