If you’re hardcore into Genshin Impact, odds are you’ve used some unofficial resource site to plan out your party, but developer miHoYo wants to fix that. Enter the Genshin Impact progression calculator. Introduced on Twitter this week, the tool lets you “calculate the required enhancement and level-up materials for characters, weapons, and artifacts.”
So you can find the tool here, just know that there is a quick proviso if you want to mill around in it: you do need to log in with your miHoYo account (and complete a cute anime looking captcha). After that you’ll see your entire roster, which you can search for by name, or sort by elemental attribute (pyro, anemo, geo, electro, hydro, cryo) and weapon type (sword, catalyst, claymore, bow, polearm). All of your weapons and artifacts will be available via tabs at the top, too.
Once you’ve selected something, it’ll show you basically anything you could possibly ask for in a calculator tool. That includes calculations for level-ups with basically every catalyst, with numbers. Since it’s linked to your official account it’ll draw directly from your info.
The Genshin Impact progression calculator is highly reminiscent of tools from other MMOs, but it’s still nice to have.
