Get to know the people who make great videogames

[Update: Show’s over folks! Thanks to everyone who tuned in. The rerun should be up soon. Here’s a brief interview I did with Eric at PAX East 2015 to tied you over in the meantime.]

Happy Easter everyone! Wait, was that offensive? I didn’t mean to sound like I assumed that you celebrate Easter. If you don’t, then I’m sorry if you felt excluded by my attempt to greet you.. That said, I still want you to be happy, and it is Easter, so maybe we can look at those two unrelated statements as coincidences? Do you think I’m a bad person because I want you to be happy?

And… scene.

If you choose to try interacting with someone online today, you run the risk of more head-games, verbal gymnastics, political jockeying and second/third/forth guessing of self and others than ever before. That’s something we’ll be talking to Eric Ford about today on Sup Holmes. Eric createdSocial Justice Warriors, a fun little “online argument simulator”which was released last year, but continues to drum up discussion and polarizing opinions months after its release.

We’ll also be talking to Eric about why he created the game, how its been received, what he’s working on next, and a lot more. We’re also giving away codes for Social Justice Warriors on Steam and a few otherrandom games on Goglike Zak McKracken, so if you jump in the chat, you may end up with an Easter (or not-Easter, depending on your particular faith or not-faith) treat. The show starts at 4pm EST. We hope to see you there!
