Haha, modern Sonic
First 4 Figures has another Sonic toy up its sleeve — the Modern Super Sonic. For $224.99 (or $249.99 for the light-up version) you too can own another Sonic figure, all-juiced up with the Chaos Emeralds set to the tune of the newer character design. The standard and special editions are limited to 1500 and 600 units respectively, and are set to ship in the first quarter of 2016.
Unlike a lot of people out there I couldn’t care less about the “classic” and “modern” Sonic design showdown. This statue looks cool to me — I don’t really need to break down his eye color or pot belly to realize that.
