Back in the day, I used to have certain themes for each nightly broadcast on Mash Tactics. There were retro nights, multiplayer nights, and so on, but there was one somewhat popular night each week where we would just check out the strangest, craziest, or most broken titles I could get my hands on — WTF Wednesday. Well, if you missed those insane evenings, we’re bringing them back on a permanent basis, starting with tonight’s show.
Celebrate the return of the bizarre with us, as we fire up a game that I’ve been dying to showcase, Soldier of Fortune: Payback. Not only is this game buggy and broken to the point of hilarity, it was also very controversial at the time of its release for over-the-top depictions of violence and gore. Come by the show this evening and watch as a gratuitous amount of limbs fly, physics break, and laughs ensue. Trust me, it’s bound to be a magical experience.
