Who could say no?
You’ve got to appreciate Surgeon Simulator 2013, even if it’s not something you want to necessarily play. One could argue that, more than anything, it plays you. A fun bit of extra content has found its way to the goofy, chaotic, and at times disgusting sim today on Steam.
By way of a free update, Surgeon Sim players can now cut up Team Fortress 2‘s Heavy as — who else? — the Medic. Not all of Valve’s collaborations make total sense (I still love most of them, regardless) but this one does.
