Web musician Dj CUTMAN has created a ton of awesome remixes of videogame music over the years. Today, he released his newest album, Volume III, compiling selected works from 2012-2015. There’s a lot of great stuff in here, remixing music from a range of games, including Bravely Default, Super Mario 3D World, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and more.
My favorite tracks are the ones from Link’s Awakening, Shovel Knight, and Final Fantasy. The Zelda dungeon theme is one of my favorite songs from the NES, so I always love hearing it reused and remixed in various ways. And I’ll always be down for some Shovel Knight music!
