New Wii U bundles are stuffed with things, only for Japan

Bundle fly

Nintendo has listed some new Wii U bundles on its website. The one for consumers in Japan, anyway. The 32gb consoles are slated to come out October 31. In a bit of nice news, you (well, Japanese consumers and intrepid importers) can get either bundle in a black or white console, so the amount of money you have to drop down doesn’t have to reflect in your system’s color.

The cheaper bundle (32,800 yen, ~$332) comes with the system, Wii Remote Plus, sensor bar, New Super Mario Bros., Wii Party U, and 30 days of karaoke. The pricier bundle (34,800 yen, ~$352) adds Wii Fit U and a Fit Meter.

There are certainly a lot of things bundled together, but it’s a bit like when infomercials randomly decide to add a key chain flashlight and tongue scraper to your order of an easily collapsible garden hose. Personally, I’d much rather have the $300 Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle that Japan is missing out on. The console is even specially decorated.
