Ninja is supreme and you have double-crossed it

We’re still almost two months away from the launch of Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection, which sees three classic titles from the Ninja Gaiden franchise remastered and collated for those who like their action-adventures a little on the sadistic side.

Publisher Koei Tecmo continues to market the upcoming release with the arrival of the new “Action” trailer, designed to showcase the mad ninja skills of series protagonist Ryu Hayabusa. The new video shows the master assassin doing what he does best: separating people from life with top-tier martial arts, a utility belt of intricate weaponry, and a deep connection to an otherworldly plane of ninja magic.

You’d think that the enemy stands nary a chance, but anyone who has played the Ninja Gaiden series can attest to their difficulty. Hayabusa is going to need every single trick in his “how to be a Ninja” guidebook. Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection features three titles in all: Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, visually remastered and complete with all previously released DLC. The compilation will come spin-kicking onto PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Switch on June 10.
