This week’s new Famitsu reveals a few more details on upcoming 3DS game Persona Q: Shadow of Labyrinth. The most interesting new bit confirms that other Persona 3 and Persona 4 party members can use alternate Personas, called Sub-Personas. Tumblr user pepsimangb translated the blurb, and he says that the characters gain this power by way of the two protagonists meeting each other. How neat is that?
The battle system of Persona Q features a boos meter that is built up by exploiting weaknesses. Being fully Boosted lets you use skills for free on the next turn. Also, All-Out Attacks have a higher change of pushing other characters into this Boosted state.
Finally, party talk can change depending on who is fighting alongside you. I’m sure Stupei is happy to run his mouth.
