Destructoid is excited to announce our first dedicated Nintendo podcast — Spot Dodge: A Live Nintendo Podcast. A show where we talk all things Nintendo and discuss the various games we’re playing. Spot Dodge is a live show every Tuesday night at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET on Destructoid’s YouTube and Twitch channels. Afterward, the show will be available on-demand for audio listeners via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Spot Dodge brings together awesome gaming minds from around the web. Aside from myself in the hosting chair, my co-hosts will include Mary Stowe (Destructoid, social media manager), John Friscia (The Escapist, senior editor), and Greg Bargas (PC Invasion, writer). Special guest Brett Larsen will also appear on the show, keeping it real with his outside-gaming-industry insight — a perspective I feel many gaming podcasts are lacking. Enthusiast Gaming’s incredible Eric Weichhart will be on the 1s and 2s live-editing the show based on the topics at hand.
But this is just the beginning! I plan to have a slew of awesome creators, developers, and cool guests join in and discuss the unpredictable company that is Nintendo.
Spot Dodge: A Live Nintendo Podcast originally began as a show over at Nintendo Enthusiast, and we’re excited to transition it over to Destructoid. We hope you join us on this exciting new adventure!
