Fortnite seems to be going through a bit of a Hollywood moment, as the popular battle royale title has been adding a glut of characters from the silver screen to its fort-buildin’, lootin’-shootin’ diorama. Hot on the scaly heels of the Predator, Epic Games has announced that The Terminator and human rival Sarah Connor are also gearing up to join the fray.
The new “Man vs. Machine” update – available in-game right now – sees a new skin of the T-800 chassis skin available alongside a Terminator 2: Judgement Day iteration of world-saver Sarah Connor. The T-800 skin will set you back 1500 V-Bucks while Sarah, (who comes complete with an alternate look), is priced a tad higher at 1800 V-Bucks.
Custom emotes, melee weapons, and… “Back Bling” (shudder) available to purchase from the Fortnite store. Alternately, pick up the “Future War” bundle for 2800 V-Bucks to get instant access to all of the above content. I’m going to go right ahead and suggest Sarah’s alternate is not her 1984 “Big Jeff’s” waitress look, which remains her best look to date.
