Uncharted 3 makes all multiplayer maps free

This week marks the second anniversary of the release of Uncharted 3. To celebrate, Naughty Dog has dropped a massive patch on the title’s multiplayer mode with a few dozen balance changes and other adjustments. A new, “Dry Docks,” map has been released for free and the cost to purchase all of the pre-existing multiplayer maps has been eliminated as well.

I would think by this point that just about every sale of this DLC which was going to be made has already been transacted, so this makes pretty good sense to me. If people come this late to the party, it’s probably better to give them access to the full range in the hopes that you can hook them into buying on a later product.
