Error code NP-2244-2
Some gamers are unable to redeem their voucher for the PlayStation Vita Mega Pack, a ten-game compilation released in Europe that was bundled with an 8GB memory card, reports CVG. It seems that the redemption process is always met with error codeNP-2244-2.
The problem is made even more annoying knowing that the Mega Pack is also included with Wi-Fi Vita systems in a separate bundle. How terrible would it be to get the handheld and not be able to play? And the list of games includes LittleBigPlanet Vitaand WipeOut 2048— ouch!
Sony hasn’t yet addressed these issues, though it sounds as if the company is aware of the situation. We’ll let you know when progress has been made.
