Vocaloid is cool now
Something that is unsurprisingly rising in popularity is Hatsune Miku, the anime persona for a singing synthesizer called Vocaloid. She is literally on fire right now, opening for Lady Gaga on her most recent tour and even starring in her own game seriesHatsune Miku: Project DIVA. Needless to say, this is pretty intense for just a cute synthesizer.
This week I have picked some of my favorite songs that use Vocaloid. These aren’t your ordinary JPOP songs, they are fantastic songs and remixes that use Hatsune Miku as an instrument.
