A preview of the Xbox holiday lineup
Are you ready to hear about a whole bunch of upcoming games, many of which will probably be coming to Xbox Game Pass? Well too bad — or good! Whichever it is. It’s Gamescom week, and today, the big event is the 90-minute Xbox stream.
Xbox’s Gamescom showcase is starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific, which means I probably should’ve begun writing this watch-with-us article a lot sooner.
I can’t say I have super high expectations — it’s been a year, again — but there will be cool games, for sure. I feel like many of us are more fixated on Opening Night Live.
Here’s how the team positions the stream: it’ll feature “in-depth updates from previously announced Xbox Game Studios titles alongside our partners, including incredible titles coming to Xbox this holiday, upcoming releases to Xbox Game Pass, and much more.”
