Microsoft is “unlocking” Xbox Live Gold from October 4th through October 6th for select regions, so if you aren’t keen on ponying up all the cash for Gold, you can play to your heart’s content this weekend.
If you’re in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia or Mexico, your dates are from October 11-14th, and Japan will get free Gold from November 7-10th. So there, go play some Grand GTA Online, or something.
