Remember when Nintendo kept getting suedover the Wii remote? Fun times. One such suit was filed byTriton Tech of Texas, LLC in 2010. At that time, theSeattle district court dismissed the suit, deciding that Nintendo wasn’t a bunch of biters.
Last Friday, a federal appeals court upheld the decision that the patent infringement asserted against Nintendo was invalid. Nintendo, federally recognized as not biters but in fact totally OG™.
