Mummy’s ready for his mystical journey

Hey, I’m The Industry’s Chris Moyse, and this is “News about a patch for insanely-popular multiplayer shooter Fortnite“. Shopping carts, all the rage for rich goofs in the early ’00s – and everyone else on YouTube since – are now available for use in Epic Games’ battle royale title.

Update 4.3 brings the uncontrollable monstrosities to the battlefield, where you and pal can ride and shoot your way through the opposition, though you’re probably bound to get the one with the wonky wheel. This patch is not just about Jackass-style chicanery, however, as the game now includes UI trackers to monitor your progress on various challenges and new mushroom items that can be found growing in the environment, adding to your shield.

The above represents just a small selection of the myriad of tweaks, weapon rebalances, animation fixes and bug stomps that are now live in-game. Full details on the update, which pertains to the game’s standard, Battle Royale and Save the World modes, can be found in the patch notes right here.

Fortnite is available now on PS4, Xbox One, PC and iOS.
