Cutesy platform adventure New Super Lucky’s Tale is getting set to bounce onto PS4 and Xbox One later this year. The ports were officially announced by developer Playful Corporation on Twitter yesterday.
Released on Nintendo Switch in June 2019, New Super Lucky’s Tale is ironically an expanded remake of 2017 Xbox One release Super Lucky’s Tale, so it looks like the game is “coming home” so to speak. The colourful adventure mixes up both 3D and 2D platform gameplay as hero fox Lucky Swiftail (accompanied by his sister Lyra) protects the fabled Book of Ages from nefarious cat sorcerer Jinx.
Playful Corporation did not reveal a release date for the PS4/Xbox One ports, simply stating that more details would be “coming soon.”
