Pokemon Home was fixed on mobile, if you were having issues

It’s small, but welcome

Pokemon Home has been the mainstay of transferring creatures for over a year now, and hopefully it’s here to stay long-term (having to math out all of the previous generation transferring was a pain). It’s currently available on Switch and mobile devices, but users of the latter platform may have been having prolonged issues with the app. A new Pokemon Home fix hopefully addresses that.

Among “other issues” and a swap to a newer easier to read calendar format, crash/login issues have been rectified for folks who couldn’t get into the system based on their language settings. Accessing a paid service…kind of important! You can find the full patch notes for the Pokemon Home fix below.

Remember, Pokemon Home isn’t actually live in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl yet. That’s actually set to come in 2022, likely around the launch of Arceus.

What’s New (Pokemon Home fix)

  • Changed the method for switching how the Catch Calendar is displayed.
  • The Catch Calendar can be viewed in a day-by-day or month-by-month format.
  • Fixed an issue in which users could become unable to log in to the app if their mobile device was set to certain languages.
  • Other issues have also been addressed in order to ensure a user-friendly experience.
