Is Grunkle Stan a kid or a squid?

If you’re still trying to figure out if you’re a child or a mollusc, fear not. You’re in for a treat tomorrow, and a new chance to truly find yourself, when the new map for Splatoon arrives.

Camp Triggerfish is the new map’s name. Featuring a lot of bridges and choke-points, the real match begins when gates around the map open up and allow for easier access to the other team. In ranked modes, the gates will be open from the get-go, but in Turf War they won’t open until there’s only a minute left on the clock.

There are some more screenshots below (courtesy of the Splatoon Tumblr), and they have more than a bit of a Gravity Falls vibe to them. You’ll be able to spurt your ink over a totem pole tomorrow (Saturday, July 25) at 7PM PT when the game updates.
