Right now, China’s powerhouse holding company Tenent (who just bought League of Legends) is working with Capcom on Monster Hunter Online, but more may be in the pipeline. According to the game’s producer, he’s interested in specifically working withResident Evil, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Dino Crisis, and Sengoku Basara.
A few of those are usual suspects, but Dino Crisisin particular is very interesting, because it’s currently a defunct property (Onimushakind of is too, but Onimusha Soulsexists). Talks are evidently going on right now, and Monster Hunter Onlinewill be updated on a monthly basis — in addition to a possible Monster Hunterconcert project.
