Over a campfire
Binging with Babish, one of YouTube’s most popular cooking shows, just took on Zelda: Breath of the Wildand his concoctions look delicious. He starts withmushroom risotto over a campfire, a la Breath, followed by baked apples (with goat butter), and monster cake (white modeling chocolate,ube extract).
My wife and I cook nearly every day together, so we can’t get enough of stuff like this. Our most recent concoction was a surprisingly amazing lentil meatloaf by way of a family recipe, which looks just like the real thing if you glaze it.
For my next adventure I want to craft a unique stir fry that utilizes bird’s eye chilis to their fullest without being too overpowering for folks who don’t like spice (a local farmer’s market is getting Carolina Reapers soon, which will be my next person quest).I’m thinking of going with glass noodles to start? It’s still a work in progress!
