This Xbox One bundle of 10 indie hits for $20 is a stupidly good deal

Bear with me through the mozzarella stick analogy

Those who are looking to play some overlooked gems and bolster their Xbox One library can easily do so in one fell swoop. Publisher Curve Digital has a sale on indie games that is among the best you’re going to find on consoles.

Called the “Instant Indie Hits Bundle,” Curve is offering 10 games for $20. They are:

  • Thomas Was Alone
  • The Swapper
  • Stealth Inc. 2
  • OlliOlli
  • Nova-111
  • Action Henk
  • Stikbold
  • 10 Second Ninja X
  • Hue
  • The Swindle

There are obvious standouts among these like The Swapper, Thomas Was Alone, and OlliOlli. Their inclusion makes it easy to take a risk on the other lesser-known-yet-still-excellent games. Think of it like a sample platter of indie hits. You know you like the fries and mozzarella sticks, and if the other stuff on the plate is good, then that’s a sweet bonus.

This isn’t the first time Curve has experimented with packaging games together. The Instant Indie Hits is an extension of the previously-released Instant Indie Collections which stuck three games together for $22. This is undoubtedly a far superior deal.

It won’t last forever, though. Curve notes that this is only available until March 9 — three weeks from today. Take advantage while you can. Cinderella’s carriage eventually turns into a pumpkin, and this bundle reverts from $20 back to $120.
